Childcare Subsidy

The Child Care Subsidy (CCS) is a government subsidy that offers financial assistance to help cover the cost of childcare.

The Child Care Subsidy will be paid directly to the approved childcare provider to reduce the fees you pay. Families contribute the difference between the provider fee charged and the subsidised amount. This is known as the families gap fee.

How To Claim

To assess whether you are eligible for the Child Care Subsidy, you must access your myGov account and complete the CCS assessment using your registered Customer Reference Number (CRN).
